I’m certainly not an illusion even though my name means that I am. I’m right here, I’m present, on the edge, knowing and not knowing at the same time.

- Compassion
- Compassion for project work, teamwork and most of all: for processes within teams. A good process is where the magic happens for me, and where the great learning is hidden. Each process = new learning about yourself and the relations between human beings.
- Balance
- Balance between my life situation and my life is what I aim for. Between heart and brain.
- Humbleness
- This value is not an official Kaos Pilot value, but I would like to add it as one of my core values anyway. For me it means to be equal to and respect all other human beings. Forget "selvfedhed", it will only make you blind
