- The Bobby:
A way to delegate and organize responsability/tasks.
Put up a timeplan with all of the tasks of the project plotted in. Everyone then writes their name next to the task(s) that they will take responsability for.
- Speakerslist:
Keep a list of speakers (people who want to say something), so that everyone gets their say and in a fairly representative order.
- Elevator pitch:
Short explanation of the idea – SELLING the idea in a short amount of time.
- Project plan:
A description of the project and process.
- Game Plan:
Vizualisation of the Project.
- SPOT/SWOT:
Clarification for individual, team and/or project resources.

- Resource Mapping:
Gathering everyones resources, and making them visible and available for everyone.
- Team Competence Map:
Transperencies with model of skills/competencies, where you kan plot inn your own stand ("how good am I at..."). By putting all the papers on top of eachother, the group can get a picture of their collective competencies (Strenghts and weaknesses – both as individuals and as a group.)
- Summary:
Making summarys of the prosess/project along the way, in order to get an overview of where we are/what we have done/what we have to do – CLARIFICATION.
- Timeline:
Making a timeschedule for the project. A way to implement deadlines and activities/tasks to ensure the development of the project.
- Stakeholder analysis:
Making an analisys over the parties involved in the project – the people/parties involved in the project either directly or indirectly.
- Prototyping:
Making a tangible prototype of the product in order to get a new perspective, see problems/solutions with it, and having something visual/tangible to present the costumer.
- Milestones:
Deadlines where the different phases of the projects are to be finalized. A tool to make sure the project is on track, and keep an overview of what has been done, and what has to be done. Making small goals on the way to the bigger goal.
