Resume of IT meeting the 7th of August 2006 where we discussed in what succession future developement of the services on the Homebase server should be. participant were: Christer, Peter B., Astrid, Tina, Maibritt, Line, Simon and Anders
1st and absolutely most important is the address database, it is now delayed almost a year and is a tool most wanted by the staff, especially because the network is expanding fast, now that we are going international. It is also a problem for new members of the staff that all contact info is stored on a rolodex
- 2nd is a calender system (but not before the database is running)
- New structure on the the file server
- How can the different KP schools use and share resources across platforms and location ?
