Our work is concentrated around the following questions: Who are we? Who in our surroundings is important to the project? Through who and what can we tell stories? What do we wish to tell? How will we interact with our surroundings in a strategic way?

Who are we?

We are a group that search the possibilities of producing and telling stories, to secure information flow to the world outside the project.

Purpose: To tell stories that supports the meaning of the project. We wish to spread the message, that education should be the future of third world countries. This we will do by proposing and desbribe products and specific histories.

By now the groupmembers are Kathrine and Anders.

Who in our surroundings is important to the project?

We have divided the recievers of stories from and about the project into four categories.

Cuba

Where the project will meet reality for the first time

• The citizens
• Potential students
• The govenment and the system
• The opposition to the system
• The educational system (local and central)

An important question to ask oneself, when acting in Cuba is: How does information spread in Cuba? (Depending on the system and not depending on the system)

Third world countries

Where the project hopefully will spread to in the future.

• Citizens
• Governments
• NGOs
• Local initiatives
• Grassroots

Question: How will we make our message/project interesting and possible to “co-players” in the third world?

The Global Society

In our belief an important area, from who we need attention, if our message/project shall have real impact. If we go global no one can stop us! We shall strive for global conciousness about the importance of education for everybody.

• Youth (a lot of development and future possibilities is created by youth)

• Creative people and businesses (a lot of trust is left to these people now a days, in the belief that the will create the best future possibilities)

• The powerfull people of business (these might be the only ones who really have the power to change things)

Scandinavia

For the same reasons as going global, just with less impact and perhaps with a bigger chance of having an impact. This is where most our networks are located, and where the players of the project come from at this point.

Medias

Medias is an obvious way to get our stories told. It’s not the only one, but the one we are focusing at right now.

We wish to look into specific angels on the project from a storytelling perspective. If you have ideas og interesting things to tell please let us know. The angels we have paid attention to so far are:

Project Diary

Right now we are working on a some kind of project diary to the Kaospilot webpage. This will hopefully be launched next week and be updated every week throughout the project. The purpose is to provide partners, sponsors, the Kaospilots and other interrested people with intriqueing stories about the project.
