2011 - Present
Co-Founder Mememaker, Rapid Prototyping supply and development service. We go from ideas to markets in less than one month.
August 2009 - 2011
Team Leader KaosPilots, An international school of Creative Project, Process, Business and Leadership Design. The program is a three-year long education for 21+ year olds. The focus lies upon learning by doing through client assignments, from entrepreneurs, consultants, leaders and thought leaders.
2007 - 2009
Project Manager Innovation Lab, An international knowledge centre for new technology. iLab uses it's global network comprising close to 2500 connections within worldwide research, product development and entrepreneurship. This network operates as an "antenna association" providing a broad perspective of the scope of emerging technologies within the next 3-5 years.
Spring 2006
Councillor Norwegian Humanist Association is the National organization for humanists. They perform amongst other services a neutral life stance option for high-school confirmations.
Summer 2005
Intern The Nonviolent Peaceforce aims to promote, develop and implement unarmed civilian peacekeeping as a tool for reducing violence and protecting civilians in situations of violent conflict.

Assistant Coordinator, Norwegian Forum for Environment and Development, or ForUM, is a national and international contact point and think tank. ForUM's main task is the coordination of policy initiatives and recommendations relating to environment and development initiatives. These are anchored in a community of 54 member organisations in Norway, as well as with the viewpoints of international partners and those in the Global South.

Summer 2004
Spent the first part of the summer as a research assistant to Dr Sylvain Sirois in Manchester conducting EEG scans on participants in order to research participant reaction time to fear inducing stimuli of a evolutionary natural and non-natural kind.
- Spent the second part of the summer as an aspirant in the Norwegian Army trials but failed to make the final selection. Learnt a lot of lessons about leadership. Lost 7kg in two weeks.
2003-2004
Resident Tutor for 46 students at Owens Park Halls of Residence
Student Representative for 3rd Year Undergraduate Psychology.
- Launched department Psychology Society; coordinated weekly meetings and departmental social events (3 per semester) for 600 undergraduates as well as postgraduates and staff.
- Devised and implemented Psychology Society seminar series.
- Established and co-ordinated 3rd year module study groups.

- This involved bidding and receiving university funds (£500) subsequently matched by the psychology department.
