Who are we: Anne, Baard, Frimann, Gudni, Gunnvor, Ida, Morten, Stine and Petter.
What is our purpose?
Our purpose it to look at the internal organization of our project. That includes all aspects of our work. It ranges from motivational tools, inspirations, organizational theory, over view, economics and last but not least to look at how our organization structure can be, both in Aarhus and in Cuba.
How do we organize this group:
Cuhiba is divided into many different fracmanticans. Some are very active with many people involved in but others are not operating yet or will maybe never be!
Informational flow:
How can we build up an organization witch is based on natural flow of information and knowledge. Working with to find constructive ways of sharing information with in the organization. It includes informational flow to Team 11 and how we can get them involved in the Cuba project.
Human Resources:
How can we eliminate frustration? How do solve conflicts?
Organization:
Vision. How do organize our work? With advocacy board or regular board. Or can we find other ways of doing it! Over view! Ask good questions about our organization. Research on different kind of organizes structures. Find out how others project of this nature have been executed in the past.
Effective:
How do we do it in an effective manner! How do we get the best out of every person!
Economy:
How do we get a finance surplus for our project?
Team 10:
Motivation and surprises for Team 10. Supply inspirations and challenging motivations for Team 10.
Other subjects:
Space for everybody in the organization. Care, compassion and kindness. Personals agendas for everybody!
Morning meetings:
We are responsible for the morning meetings. They are on of our tools to share information between groups and individuals.
Motivations and inspiration:
To keep op the good mood in the organization we have arranged a lot of different happenings and inspirational thinks. Informational flow: looking at how we can share information in the best possible manner! Both here in Aarhus and also when we come to Cuba.
