CV: The jobs mentioned below are the large assignments I have had during the education period. The top ones, from 2007 and upwards, are the most recent, and should give the best idea about what I have done, and what I would love to do even more of.

Spring 2008: Own Company making network groups, Kolding, Denmark As a final project, I created my own company, specialized in making network groups for Expats living in Denmark. Expats often experience loneliness when living in foreign countries, which has a negative effect on their contribution to their workplace, and gives a high risk of them leaving prematurely. My answer to this was to create a company that creates the frames for interaction amongst these people, by making network groups. In those, the members will have the possibility to create the social network, which is so essential for the good life. Fall 2007: Grameen Bank, Dhaka, Bangladesh My internship to Grameen Bank was a bit different than the other places I have been to so far, in the sense that I didn't have a concrete job to do there. Instead, I, along with the ten or so other interns from all over the world, was supposed to investigate the organization and look for the ways it sustained itself and moved towards its mission: to eradicate poverty. As I didn't make any deliveries, I can't give a reference person at the location. But for confirmation and comments, please contact my team leader at the Kaospilots, Kasper Arentoft on: +45 86129522. Also, you can look at one of the other chapters of this presentation, where I have outlined the basics of the organization, for others to read.

The first three semesters of my Kaospilot education: During the first three semesters at the Kaospilots, me and my classmates worked with several small projects, to get experience about working in groups and try out our tools and methods, with real clients: a cornerstone of the Kaospilot education. For me, this meant working with BUPL Århus (the association for pedagogues in Denmark), the laundry department of Århus Hospital, design:success Copenhagen, Kofoeds Skole in Copenhagen, Max Bank and Synnøve Finden in Oslo.
